Troubleshooting
Phone not working?
- Check your power and Internet. Home Phone needs both; if either is out, your phone won’t work. Check network status.
- Check the phone adapter’s lights. The power light should be solid (it flashes while starting up). If the phone status light is off, phone service is unavailable.
- Check the connections. The adapter connects to your router’s LAN port and is powered through Micro USB; your phone plugs into Phone Line 1 (or Phone Line 2, if enabled).
- Phone status light blinking every second? A phone is off the hook.
Still not working? Call (814) 626-8646 from another phone, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–4 PM. You can also send a support request.
