OSP Fiber Technician
The OSP (Outside Plant) Fiber Technician – Lead Fiber Construction will take charge of all aspects of our fiber construction projects. This includes leading fiber deployment, splicing, testing, and maintenance while ensuring projects are completed on time and meet the highest quality standards.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) & Dispatch/Scheduling Specialist
The CSR and Dispatch & Scheduling Specialist will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. This role also includes scheduling and coordinating service technicians to deliver optimal customer experiences.
Installer
As an Internet Installer Technician, you will be responsible for installing, aligning, and maintaining our equipment to deliver high-quality internet services to our customers. This includes installing antennas, aligning them to our towers, setting up fiber connections, and ensuring all work meets safety and operational standards.
