Keeping your current phone number? No problem. Tell us which number you'd like to bring to Crowsnest Home Phone. We'll contact you to complete a Letter of Authorization (LOA) and coordinate the number transfer. Please keep your current phone service active until Crowsnest confirms the transfer is complete.

For existing Crowsnest Internet customers. Ordering new service? Choose “Yes, keep my number” when you add Home Phone to your order instead. Never enter an account PIN here — we’ll go over what your current provider needs when we contact you.

Keep your current phone service active

If you're transferring your existing phone number to Crowsnest Broadband, do not cancel or make changes to your current phone service before the transfer is complete. Your existing service and number must remain active for us to complete the number transfer.

Crowsnest will let you know when the transfer is complete and your new phone service is ready.
