Our Story

Founded in 2013, Crowsnest IT Support—a leading IT and MSP services provider—began doing business as Crowsnest Broadband in 2019. What started as a dream has grown into a mission to revolutionize internet access for the rural communities of beautiful Central Pennsylvania and Western Maryland. Determined to make a difference, we started with just a few yard signs, extensive research, and an empty attic. By July 2019, we had established a fiber circuit, equipped our first tower, and connected our inaugural customer.

Despite the challenges brought by COVID-19 in early 2020, we rapidly expanded to meet the soaring demand for reliable broadband. With unwavering dedication, we partnered with local counties to deploy broadband across a dozen towers during the pandemic’s height.

As we celebrate our five-year anniversary, we take immense pride in being the most loved ISP in the region. With over 1200 five-star reviews on social media and service extended to more than 3000 unique homes and businesses across seven counties and two states, Crowsnest Broadband stands as a beacon of connectivity. Our network now boasts over 70 towers and 200 points of presence (POPs), surpassing our wildest dreams.

Our success is a testament to the incredible support from our partners, the loyalty of our customers, and the hard work of our dedicated team of ten local employees.
